Lunar Tide Aquatics – Shipping Policy

All live coral orders are shipped overnight to ensure the safest and fastest transit for our livestock.
Shipments are picked up on Mondays for Tuesday delivery, unless otherwise arranged in advance.

All livestock shipments are scheduled in advance.
Same-day shipments are available by request. Please email or message us to confirm availability.
We do not ship live coral without confirming the ship date directly with you.
Tracking information is sent via email the evening prior to delivery.

We ship livestock within the continental United States only.
Orders must ship to the billing address unless alternate arrangements are approved in advance via email.

We guarantee live arrival on all livestock.
In the event of inclement weather or carrier-related delays, we will take all reasonable steps to help resolve the situation.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in most cases.
We are not responsible for delays caused by missed delivery attempts, inaccessible delivery locations, or customer scheduling conflicts.
We will always do everything reasonably possible to make the situation right.
For added security, we recommend selecting Hold at Location for pickup at your local carrier facility if delivery timing may be a concern.
All packages must be opened and inspected within 2 hours of delivery.
Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
You must be home or able to retrieve the package within 2 hours of delivery in order to activate the arrive alive and stay alive warranty.
Emails or DOA claims submitted after the 2-hour window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
These are live corals and animals. Please treat them with the urgency and care they deserve.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled ship date.
If an order is held longer than 10 days at the buyer’s request, a 10% restocking fee will apply if the order is canceled.
